Sometimes nutraceuticals and herbal medicine are necessary, but my goal is to get you to the point where you can be happy and healthy without excessive supplementation. Going through my own health challenges made me determined to not just help myself but help others rediscover optimal health once again. It is possible!
It’s fair to say that I’ve been through my fair share of health challenges and I’ve also tried a lot of different things during my time. I had chronic fatigue when I was in my late teens, I was diagnosed with fructose malabsorption at the age of 25. At 28 my fatigue reared it’s ugly head again due to exposure to a mouldy apartment and I’ve also experienced the rollercoaster ride of emotions which come with the diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
My journey was a tough one, however when we go through difficult times ourselves it sparks a passion and drive within us to never let ourselves get back to that place again. For me it sparked a passion to help others because I want to give hope to people that have lost that. Our health should be our greatest investment, because without it we can’t live out a dreams. My goal is teach you how to become the healthiest and happiest version of YOU.
