Shepherd’s pie is my go-to dish during these cold Winter days in Melbourne.
I often make one large dish, and portion the rest out into my glass snapware, and freeze it. That way, I have a healthy meal ready to go on a lazy night when I don’t have the energy to cook. These containers are oven-safe, so I can pull them straight from the freezer and pop them in the oven to cook. So easy!
This recipe has no onion or garlic in it so is 100% FODMAP approved.
