This paleo banana bread recipe is grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, and fructose-friendly if you can stick with one slice. It does have a lot of bananas in it so people’s tolerance may vary.
It’s really moist and delicious, and you can enjoy it without the guilt. When I last made it we were still living in my Prahran apartment, and my Chilean housemate devoured about half of it over the course of the day 😂

I like to make this one when my freezer has filled up with overripe bananas. Frozen banana is also great in smoothies!
